This is a real doll’s head, found by Physical Therapy interns in the Rehab Department of Philippine Childrens Medical Center. The ichor is sticky glue with accumulated dust and the hair gone, maybe singed off or pulled by countless generations of kids in pain. I would like to deflate the rumor that it will star in a gritty remake of Toy Story by Tim Burton.

Being a frequent visitor of hospital in my younger years, let me tell you that I understand fully why this doll is mutilated. And that perhaps is the purpose of the doll. I am not afraid of ghosts. So this is not creepy for me. But I can feel the pain of the children who did this.
